Hello.... I'm Fran

I am a skilled instructor in the singular investment form known as Dividend Investing.    Following retirement, I became an avid learner of this investment style to generate passive income as I was seeking reliable, high returns that also minimized my exposure to risk.    My goal quickly became replacing my lost income following retirement  so that I didn't have to change my standard of living.  I achieved that goal in little over two years.  

 

My income will continue to grow and can be passed from generation to generation based on my personal choices, not stock market volatility.  

 

I was asked to conduct a four part training series for the Journey to Wealth Community, an organization of mostly minority women based out of Brooklyn, New York with membership across the United States and internationally.   I am now sought after for continued training by the women in that investment community.   I have also conducted a growing number of one-on-one and group training sessions for families, friends, and other small groups in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Florida and California.   My word of mouth training opportunities have grown such that I am making them more accessible to a larger audience.  My goal is to reach 5000 families to  help them understand and benefit from a dividend investment strategy to support their individual and generational financial goals.   

 

I am not a financial advisor or tax professional.  I am a self made financially free independent who has harnessed a complex topic and now making it available to anyone who wishes to pursue this investment style.   

 

While this form of investing is not new, I have been able to wade through hundreds  of sources of information  over many months to compile a concise body of lessons that are simplified and easily understood by newcomers to the investment world.
